Kootenay Speech Language Pathology is a Kootenay-based speech and language clinic that provides communication support to families in Trail, BC and surrounding areas. We are looking for:

Our team is ideally made up of individuals who have a love for speech pathology and balance their work with the amazing lifestyle opportunities the Kootenays have to offer. As a clinician, you might be a great team member for Kootenay SLP if you are:

  • A passionate and talented speech language pathologist who values offering excellent service to the families of the community. This person will understand the importance of good communication (with both clients and colleagues), reliability, compassion, and patience.

  • Someone who is dedicated to the field, is a self-starter and experienced in or willing to learn how to run your own independent business as an independent contractor.

  • A clinician who values ethical and evidence based practice.

Other Requirements:

  • A Master’s Degree or equivalent in Speech Language Pathology.

  • Registration, or eligible for registration, with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC.

  • Liability insurance

  • A valid driver’s license if accommodating home visits.
